About Daystar Univesity

Daystar University has many cultural values and traditions that have been practiced throughout the years by students and the staff. Some of them may not seem important but they are what make Daystar University what it is today.

Christianity- Daystar University has Christian values which are practiced very often, with chapel every Tuesday and Bible study every Thursday as well as mandatory units for students to do as they are doing their studies. There is also Daystar Christian Fellowship (DCF) which oversees most chapel services, and you can join to help strengthen your Christian faith.

Community service and Charity- students are encouraged to give back to society through community service where they go to places like children’s homes to donate or they donate food and clothes to people in the area around.

Leadership and service- Daystar encourages students to take up leadership roles such as being a class representative or to join the Daystar University Students Association (DUSA). DUSA oversees student related affairs and is part of the student government, this prepares students to be well equipped to carry out leadership positions out in society.
